Construction Management, a key service offered by the Development Division of Tresbri Development Corporation (TDC), is essential to the success of your development effort. This group of project managers, engineers, estimators, construction managers and construction supervisors can support the Owner with every phase of the development. Through Value Engineering, all aspects of the design is evaluated to determine the most cost effective approach.

During construction, we provide full time construction supervision or periodic site visits by a Project Manager. Full or periodic on site support is based on the size of the Project. In both cases Tresbri Development Corporation, provide the following services: Owner's Representative and Project Management.  As a result of these services the owner will receive:  Project documentation; cost controls/savings and overall improved project quality.
