The Nature’s Harvest Line of homes consist of five variations of colonial housing type and style which will provide many choices to homeburers.   The base unit will start at 1240 square feet for a duplex to 1760 square feet for the largest two-story single-family unit.  However, with the optional upgrades available for additional rooms; upgrades for interior and exterior finishes, the potential homebuyer have many options to choose from.

The homes have front porches and the area for an optional exterior patio.  All of the homes have amenities to meet the modern needs of today's families.  These 1240 – 1760 square foot homes boast an open and adaptable living area. The kitchen, living area and dining area are all interconnected, which gives the owner more freedom to expand or reduce perceived spaces as he/she sees fit. 

These homes are designed to provide home owners with the ultimate living experience with high indoor air quality, reduced maintenance cost and lower energy cost. They also help Mother Nature by reducing SO2 by 47% (53.1 lbs.), NOX by 47% (18.1 lbs.) and CO2 by 48% (7.6 Tons) per year.  The reduction in pollutants are based on the  comparison of an average size Nature’s Harvest Home with a similar size home typically built in Western Pennsylvania.
